Personal Data

This site does not collect any personal data or other information that could uniquely identify a person using the site. Email addresses of visitors who request Notification of Future Concerts by emailing publicity@woodstockmusic.info will only be used to inform them of an upcoming concert. Their email address will be kept secure and never be shared with any other organisation and they may cancel this facility at any time by emailing publicity@woodstockmusic.info, asking to be removed from the list.

Members provide their email address with permission to use it for Society administration only and are given the option of allowing it to receive occasional publicity from other organisations about their musical events. They may change this optional permission at any time by emailing the secretary: choir@woodstockmusic.info.

Use of Cookies

A cookie is a small text file that is downloaded onto ‘terminal equipment’ (e.g. a computer or smartphone) when the user accesses a website. It allows the website to recognise that user’s device and store some information about the user’s preferences or past actions.
